Bark to Basics online coaching focuses on helping you understand your dog, identify what they need, and develop practical strategies that fit your home and everyday life.
Coaching is conducted by video, allowing us to talk through your concerns, look at your home environment and routines when useful, and determine what kind of training or additional support makes sense.
Puppy Development Coaching
60 min – $75

Bringing home a puppy can be exciting, exhausting, and a little overwhelming—especially the first time.
This 60-minute one-on-one coaching is designed to help you understand what to expect during your puppy’s first weeks at home and prepare an environment and routine that support healthy development.
We can discuss potty and crate training, sleep, biting and chewing, socialization, handling, enrichment, early training and communication, your daily schedule, and any questions or concerns you have about getting started.
The goal isn’t to sell you more training. We’ll identify what you can reasonably handle yourself, where additional support may be useful, and what kind of help best fits you and your puppy.
How Online Coaching Work
After booking, you’ll receive confirmation and a private link for your video coaching session.
You can join from a computer, tablet, or phone. Using a phone can be especially useful when you want to show me your puppy’s environment, setup, or behavior during the coaching session.
If I believe an issue would be better addressed by an in-person professional, I’ll tell you. When possible, I’ll also help you determine what kind of local professional or service would be appropriate.
